Hey,
I guess mobile 2.0 is a great idea, but what I was thinking as we know the customer support through live chat is becoming the need of time, I would like to know that are they gonna introduce something like this, I mean customer support through live chat in mobiles?

It's been pointed out that I have mis-attributed Russ McGuire's quotes above. I will attempt to fix - somewhere during the rapid notetaking, I noticed I had stopped putting in last names so went back in later to try and fix. I obviously got a few quotes wrong. Russ has a great follow-up to the panel in his post on the Mobile Internet vs. Mobility.

Also - is anyone noticing the massive amount of FAKE websites that are automating pingbacks for certain keywords? Most of the below are real blogs (by real people) but quite a few seem to be auto-generated. It's interesting that the content collection isn't completely horrible, it's in between spam and robotic blogging. Is this bugging anyone or is this a service that I am failing to appreciate?

[...] Kelly Goto live-blogged the chat. I think she did a decent job of capturing the key points of the discussion. She did, however, mis-attribute some of the comments. (see if you can figure out which ones of mine were attributed to others) [...]
