New Browser in Town - Flock

What do you get when you combine the power of Firefox with Web 2.0 services (e.g. del.icio.us, blogging, Flickr, etc…)?

You get Flock (not sure about the name…). It’s currently available as a developer preview. And yes, there are bugs here and there. However, it gives a good proof of concept as how the future of web browser would be.

sydney waterfront view

the waterfront area of syndney is incredible. it’s like a mix of san diego and san francisco with a bit more style. i suppose for locals it is ‘touristy’ but quite impressive nonetheless.

simplicity is in

while in sydney last week, i noticed many nokia ads that reflected a movement towards simplicity, while in the u.s., ads have started to run on primetime touting tv trailers and music videos. the shift is happening and the gulf is widening for distinct user types and their specific lifestyle needs! sometimes you wanna eat nuts … sometimes you don’t!
